A Bridge Between School and Community
Schools are where young people spend much of their time, form important relationships, and often first connect with adults who recognize when they could use more support. The Noble Path Foundation works alongside educators, counselors, school staff, and student leaders to help young people discover free opportunities beyond the classroom.
At TNPF, students can step into a welcoming Third Space outside of home and school. They meet peers from across the community, build relationships with trusted adults, explore new interests, and strengthen the confidence and practical skills that support them in every part of life.
From Introduction to Belonging
A school connection may begin with a referral, a classroom or campus presentation, a student-led club, or a conversation with a parent or counselor. From there, young people can find the programs and experiences that feel right for them, from leadership and life skills to movement, creative activities, wellness education, and relaxed social time.
There is no cost to participate, and enrollment remains open. Young people can join through one entry point and continue exploring as their interests and needs change.
How We Connect With Schools
Share Opportunities
Share free program opportunities with students, families, counselors, and youth-support teams throughout our community.
Welcome Referrals
Welcome referrals from teachers, counselors, therapists, pediatricians, and other youth-serving professionals.
Bring Learning to Campus
Bring age-appropriate wellness, leadership, nutrition, and prevention education into school and student-group settings.
Support Student Leaders
Support student-led clubs and service opportunities that help young people practice leadership while strengthening their school communities.
Building Lasting Connections
Create a path from school-based connection to ongoing community, mentorship, and free programming at TNPF.
Students Leading the Way
TNPF student clubs at Capistrano Valley High School, San Juan Hills High School, and San Clemente High School extend the spirit of AIM High onto campus. Students help introduce peers to TNPF, create opportunities to serve, and put advocacy, inspiration, and mentorship into action in their own school communities.
Help a Young Person Find Their Next Step
Educators and youth-serving professionals often see strengths, challenges, and possibilities that may not be visible elsewhere. A referral can introduce a young person to a community where they can participate at their own pace, build genuine relationships, and find new ways to grow.
